Breadpad Support #

For help, bug reports, or feature requests, email support@breadpad.com. You can contact us even if Breadpad won’t open or a menu is missing.

Report a bug in the app #

In Breadpad 1.208 and later, open a circuit and choose Report a Bug (the bug icon) in the toolbar. Choose Compose Email to open a draft with your app and operating system versions already included. You can also use Copy Email Address and send your report from any email app.

On Mac, Help → Report a Bug also opens an email draft.

What to include #

  • Your Breadpad version and build number, shown under App Details in the Report a Bug sheet.
  • Your device model and iOS, iPadOS, macOS, or visionOS version.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened, including any error message.
  • The steps that reproduce the issue, and whether it happens every time.
  • If helpful, a screenshot or a small .breadpad or SPICE circuit that shows the problem. Attach only files you want to share with support.

If you can’t access App Details, include the version information you have and describe where the app stops working.
