Example Circuits #

The best way to learn Breadpad is to open a worked example, see how it’s built, and change things to see what happens.

Breadpad ships with a library of example circuits you can open from the document browser and explore directly, including:

  • Voltage Divider
  • Capacitors / RC Circuits
  • Inductors / RL Circuits & Transformers
  • Diodes, Rectifiers & Regulators
  • 555 Timer
  • LM358 Operational Amplifier
  • NAND Gates
  • Impedance, Filters & Resonance
  • AC Sources
  • AM Radio Circuit

There are also SPICE netlist examples (e.g. CMOS NAND, a MOSFET inverter, and a four-bit adder) you can open and simulate directly.

How to learn from an example: open it, run the simulation, then change a component value or rewire part of it and re-run to see the effect.
